What does “personalized” service mean?

We wont put your business autopilot assuming everyone is the same.  From day 1 we assign a Senior Account Manager to you who will oversee the process and work closely with our team to give you the tools you need to maximize results in your local market.  From there we monitor it, analyze the market response and collect valuable data to give you the power to make informed decisions and put your money where it counts.

Where is your team located?

Conversion Monster’s agents are based in Western New York, calling nationwide in your time zone.  We have regional sales support in California and Illinois as well.

What are your hours of operation?

We call between 8am and 8pm in your local time zone on weekdays and 9am and 6pm on weekends.

How often do you contact my leads?

Persistence is key.  While each lead is handled differently, we will continue to attempt contact at least 50 times between emails, calls and texts over the course of a year from receiving the lead.

How do you get the leads from me?

You supply us with your leads.  Depending on the lead source or CRM, we will integrate or have you direct the lead flow to us and we take it from there.

How do I know you are calling my leads often enough?

You will be able log in anytime and view the activity on your leads and even listen to conversations that have happened with your potential customers.

What makes a lead 'qualified'?

That is up to you!  The best part of personalized service is that you determine whether a lead is qualified in advance and we follow your instructions and when to forward them to you.

What if I don’t use the entire package one month?

We understand some months can be slower than others so we roll any unused portion of your lead package to the next month.  This way you are never wasting money by paying for a service that you haven’t used.
