What does “personalized” service mean?

Just like you, we are in the relationship business. Our Service Goal is to provide you with a White Glove experience. From Day One, we dedicate a Client Relationship Manager to you who will be your main contact. You will never have to call a generic 1-800 customer service number. Whenever you have any concerns, feedback, questions you can contact your dedicated Client Relationship Manager directly.

Where is your team located?

Conversion Monster’s agents are based in Western New York, calling nationwide in your time zone.  We have regional sales support in California and Illinois as well.

What are your hours of operation?

We call between 8am and 8pm in your local time zone on weekdays and 9am and 6pm on weekends.

How often do you contact my leads?

We follow a proven cadence that maximizes results over both the short and long term. We will attempt to contact your leads 17 times in the first 10 days and then nearly 60 more times throughout an entire year thru calls, emails, and texts. We do not consider a lead “Cold” until we’ve tried to reach them for 12 months.

How do you get the leads from me?

You supply us with your leads.  Depending on the lead source or CRM, we will integrate or have you direct the lead flow to us and we take it from there.

How do I know you are calling my leads often enough?

You will be able log in anytime and view the activity on your leads and even listen to conversations that have happened with your potential customers.

What makes a lead 'qualified'?

We ask a set of qualifying questions. If the answers match our criteria which includes looking to purchase or sell in the next 6 months, then we consider the lead qualified.

What if I don’t use the entire package one month?

We understand some months can be slower than others so we roll any unused portion of your lead package to the next month.  This way you are never wasting money by paying for a service that you haven’t used.
