Amber Sandy

Team Leader

Amber is the Director of Training and Staff Development. During her career with Conversion Monster, she has developed and implemented a training program to grow our staff exponentially while also helping each and every ISA develop to their fullest potential. With a background in both teaching and real estate, Amber approaches training and staff development with keen insight and can implement best practices in training.

Outside of work, Amber loves to cook, garden, and spend time with her family.

Monster Alter Ego

Pikachu

If Amber were a monster, she would be Ash’s best friend in Pokémon. Much like how Pikachu has always been there for Ash and also takes a leadership position for the team – Amber continuously steps up for us Monsters. They are curious, smart, and friendly. The most noticeable features they share is their determination and unwillingness to give up whenever a situation gets tough.
