Mike’s Responsibilities with our company are to recruit, hire, coach, develop, and lead a sales team while increasing profit and revenue. He previously worked as a Region Sales Manager where he coached and developed a sales team that was lacking the ability to generate a sufficient profit and made it profitable. Michael values honesty and strives to encourage and empower his sales team to succeed.

He enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.
